The middle colonies was part Industrial part Agriculture they were consitered the bread basket because of the amout of grains produced. They planted crops like wheat and barley there was mostley farming jobs in the middle colonies. They demesticated animals and produced dairy.

Houses were made of wood and mud with small, if any, windows. Extended families often lived together including aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
