At the time, Britain had several other colonies in North and South America and the Caribbean in Australia and the far east - not to mention the Indian Empire. France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Belgium also held colonies. Most of these were already inhabited by native peoples and were not heavily settled by the colonizing powers

So asking which were the last 13 to be settled, without being more specific, is an impossible question to answer.
