Not much. He was already showing signs of irrationality before the war ended, and American Independence really stuck in his craw. He stewed about it constantly, when his mind was clear enough to think about it. Before the US Constitution was even signed, he was effectively no longer really in power. His mental illness was such that he was no longer coherent. A regent handled things until his death.
