Without more details it's not possible to know whether it's a magician's coin made from the front halves of two Presidential dollars, or a promotional giveaway from an advertising campaign a couple of decades ago. But either way it has little or no collectible value.
Initially Britain and France on one side and Germany and Austria-Hungary on the other. Later (after the disasterous Gallipoli campaign) New Zealand and Australian troops joined Britain. Also smaller countries that were parts of Britain, France and Germany's empires.
First thing is, it's not a coin, it's a token. It has no denomination and is not legal tender. The front has a left facing portrait of Kennedy with his full name above and the date 1985. The reverse has the "Double Eagles" and the dual dates 1960 & 1985. I found one on the web for $2.95
Your item could be one of two things, neither of which has much if any value unfortunately. It's most likely a promotional token that was given away as part of an advertising campaign; there've been a lot of similar items made over the years. It's faintly possible that it's a "magician's coin" made by cutting two ordinary Presidential dollar coin in half and swapping the front and back sides. However the real coins don't say "1st president USA" so my opinion leans strongly to it being an advertising giveaway.
VDB stands for Victor David Brenner, who created the front side of the cent (Lincoln's head). He put them prominently on the reverse side of the coin when it was first issued. The public thought it was egotistical (?) and a campaign was launched to pressure the mint to remove his initials. Later that year they were removed. In 1918 the initials were placed in extremely tiny letters under the fold of Lincoln's coat, where they remain on coins struck ever since.vdb are the initials for Victor D. Brenner, the designer of the front of the Lincoln cent. He also designed the wheat-ear reverse used from 1909 to 1958.
