The stock marked fell by 50%, there were runs on banks and trusts, and a number of companies went out of business. All this caused a recession that was already underway to get much worse.

It was a conspiracy to "convince" the American people that they needed a central banking system to secure their money. The panic of 1097 was caused by the bankers themselves, mainly J.P. Morgan and his cronies; but it clearly was masterminded by the banker Alfred Rothschild from London who wanted to set a foothold in the United States. He did this by lobbying politicians to pass his the Federal Reserve Act. Since then, the United States government had been borrowing money at an interest from the privately owned US Federal Reserve which exponentially increased the public deb of the United States. The United States government owns and controls US Mint but why does the US government borrow money from the federal reserve at an interest when they can just print the money themselves?

Fact: When John F Kennedy tried to superseded the power of the federal bank reserve to issue paper money through the Executive Order 11110, he was gunned down.
