Technically, any city in Hawaii is the most recent addition to United States, as Hawaii wasn't founded as a state until 1959. But Hawaii's cities were already established by then, so the most recent city to be established and built in the United States is Las Vegas, founded in 1905.

The last two states to be admitted to the United States were Alaska, which became a state in January 1959, and Hawaii, which became the 50th state in August 1959. So they would be considered the youngest.

Hawaii was the last state admitted to the US. It is just a little 'younger" than Alaska.
