mainly corn, turkey, deer, potato, carats, and qual
For the first Thanksgiving, the Pilgrims did not eat what was depicted. They ate their usual diet, which was a mix of root vegetables like sweet potatoes and pumpkins, seafood like lobster and eel, meats like wild turkey and deer, wild corn, dried fruit like blueberries and plums, etc. They could not make dishes like pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce because they did not have sugar or ovens.

More than likely, the early pilgrims probably ate fish, clams and possibly deer as their meats along with veggies and the like. Turkey was not made popular as a Thanksgiving centerpiece until the early 20th century.
