Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution. Pennsylvania was second. Alphabetically, I believe it would be Alabama. Population-wise, California Size-wise, Alaska Easternmost - Maine Western-most - Hawaii Northern-most - Alaska gets the not again Southern-most - I believe it would be Florida, with Key West being the southern most city.
