"Río Negro" is a river that goes from one side to the other of the whole country around the middle of Uruguay, is the largest inside river Uruguay has but also "Río Negro" is one of Uruguay's "departamentos" (like provinces) that is located in the centre west of the country and limits with the river of the same name.
