life was very difficult as the federalis and the anti-federalist were up at eachothers neck with how the constitution should be made, if the Govt should have too much power or if the states should have a stronger say than the Govt. not all the famous people who signed it were on the same side and many felt differently as to how the Govt. should be, eventually after much debate, a comprimise came to be and he constitution was born. note, George Washington was the first president after th constitution. peyton randolph, henry middleton, john hancock*henry laurens and john jay all held positions similar to presidency.

Louis XVI and Marie-Antionette had two daughters and two sons. Two of these died before the Revolution. The two royal children alive during the Revolution were Louis the Dauphin, heir to the Throne, and Marie-Therese. Marie-Therese and Louis were separated from their parents when they were imprisoned (both their parents were put on trial and executed). The Dauphin died in prison; it is not clear whether it was a deliberate murder or whether he simply died of illness in the unsanitary conditions of the prison. He was never put on trial. Louis was later known as "Louis XVII" despite the fact that he was never crowned as King. A number of people attempted to impersonate him in later life and claim the French throne. Marie-Therese survived the Revolution and died in 1851.

After the Glorious Revolution of 1688, Sir Edmund Andros, the former governor of the Dominion of New England, was arrested and imprisoned for his role in the unpopular dominion. He was eventually sent back to England in 1692. Although he faced criticism for his authoritarian rule, he later returned to public life and served as the governor of Virginia from 1692 to 1698.
