They would probably have argued for increased representation, improvements to the tax code, for the end of land ownership by the Catholic clergy and a more responsive government. Starvation was a real possibility and for the poor, what they really wanted was bread and hope of a brighter future.

How did the third estate justify the revolution?

since the first and second state always kick them out of the meetings the first state decide to make a new law that can give equal rights to men and women and limit the king power

What demands to the Third Estate by King Louis XVI?

Since they started the revolution because of the unfair taxes and unfair social heirarchy, they wanted all of that changed. They didn't like the heirarchy and the fact that they were on the bottom of it and had to work harder to support the first and second estate. They also had to pay higher taxes, and since they were poor to begin with, they didn't end up with much. Which is why they revolted.

In what ways does the declaration of the rights of man limit the power of the crown?

A declaration of the rights of man, means that the common people (the bourgeoisie) gain rights that have to do with equality, freedom of speech, freedom of religion etc. Before the declaration of the rights of man were introduced in Revolutionary France for example, the Ancien Regime (the old regime) of the monarchy determined what happened in the country concerning these topics, meaning there was only one religion in France which was the right one: the roman catholic religion, there was no freedom of press (opinion) and there was a class system (first, second and third estate) which divided the people is ranks. When the declaration of the rights of man was adapted, the people gained much more freedom and the crown lost power.

Causes of French Revolution?

Middle class people wanted a greater political role and peasants also wanted more freedom. The french government and upper classes proved incapable of reform. That resulted the Economic slump. which set the seal on revolution.
