Usually, you'd be very hard pressed to find a safer place to go, as nothing remotely dangerous ever happens in England. We have no avalanches, blizzards, or rockslides. We have very few gang wars, there is no chance of an invasion happening whilst you are here, and the chance of a terrorist attack happening, despite the high threat level put about by the government, is minimal. In other words, yes it is safe. Unless you plan to spend your time here marching about the streets in a Nazi uniform screaming your adoration of Hitler. If you plan to do that or something similar, then no, England is not safe. Basically, be sensible, and you'll be fine. Hope you found this useful
