Born to Henry VIII and his second wife, Anne Boyeln, in 1533, Elizabeth I was the last of the Tudor dynasty. Longing for a son and a suitable heir, Elizabeth's birth brought great disappointment to the King and was frowned upon by an entire nation. Henry had already produced a daughter, Mary, with his first wife and the news of Elizabeth's arrival was humiliating. Although there were no laws against a female successor in England, it was an unpopular notion and considered by many offensive. Elizabeth's childhood would only grow more complicated. After the birth of Elizabeth and the miscarriage of a son, Henry tired of Anne and began spending his time with other women. In 1536 Elizabeth's mother was beheaded on charges of adultery; thought to have been by fabricated by Henry to make way for a third wife.

Elizabeth Boleyn (nee Howard) (1480 - 1538)

After the executions of Anne and George in May 1536 she retired to the countryside and died only two years after her children and her husband, Thomas Boleyn, died the following year. Elizabeth is buried in the Howard family chapel at St Mary's Church in Lambeth.

Princess Victoria Mary of Teck- the wife of George V is probably the Queen you speak of. She died of normal old age in l953, the year her granddaughter Elizabeth II was coronated. There were allegedly silly child chants like ( Mary, Mary, Quite contrary- have a whiff of Chloroform!) It is somewhat unusual she died on March 25, the same date as Queen Elizabeth I, and Lady Day- something of a religious holiday in England ( the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary) Elizabeth Taylor died on 3.23 around this time path.l

Princess Marie Luise Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld, Princess of Leiningen, Duchess of Kent (aka Queen Victoria's mother) died 16 March 1861. She was 74 years old, so basically she died of natural causes.
