All the medals must measure at least 70mm across and be 6mm thick. The gold and silver medals must both be made up of a least at least 92.6% of silver, and the gold medal (which is actually silver coated in gold) must have at least 6 grams of 24 carat gold. The bronze medal must be made of copper, tin and a very small amount of silver.
