Hillsong United is a contemporary Christian band that grew out of the Hillsong Church in Australia. They started as the house band for the church youth ministry and have grown to have a worldwide reach. The main band and its subsidiaries perform around the world in concert venues and have a standing monthly concert in London. Their first album, One, was released in 1998.
