if you are talking about the Revolutionary war then the British wore bright red uniforms, were better trained than the americans, used a band when they fought like drummerboys and Flute players, used a box formation in which there would be rows and columns of about 10 and they would move up in line and fire, run to the back of the line and reload on the way up.
Training, men and equipment however in the revolution the AMericans also had the french, spanish and dutch armies on there side plus they had the advantage of home turf whereas british had to ship troops and supplies overseas and the British were also fighting the mughal empire in India
The causes of the Sepoy rebellion were rumors were spread that the rifles were being greased with beef and pork fat. For Hindu soldiers, the cow is sacred. For Muslim soldiers, they can't touch pork. Also, Indian soldiers were required to fight in foreign lands. This angered the Hindu's because they would lose their caste if traveled overseas. The Sepoy Rebellion broke out in 1857. Indian revolt against British rule. British won.

Some people think that Benedict Arnold is important because he was a traitor in the American Revolutionary War. He was first a great general for the American soldiers but then things all of sudden changed and he went over to be a British Soldier because he thought that the American soldiers would lose against the British. But turns out that he was wrong about that because the American soldiers won the American Revolutionary War between American soldiers and British soldiers. ~Thank You~
The Boston Massacre was a street fight between American patriots and British soldiers. It happened on March 5, 1770.
The difference between Hessian and Patriots soldiers is that Hessian soldiers were against independence because they were figthing againts the colonists
