No one. Royal Academy of Art was founded by King George III in 1768.

However some of the 34 founding members included artists and architects such as Sir Joshua Reynolds and Sir William Chambers. Two women, Angelica Kauffmann and Mary Moser were also founding members but they do not appear in the portrait of the 34 members directly. Instead they appear as portraits on the wall.
