He is the only son of The late Dr. Joe David Warner, Revd. of Kokomo, Indiana and Pamela Ann Dockery of Pennington Gap, Virgina of Welsh ancestry. He has headed The Regal House of Warner since August 04th 1999 and was confirmed by Charter and blessing in 2000, and by the death of his father on June 5th, 2010 who past away at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson, Arizona.
