Nebuchadnezzar II, was a king of the Neo-Bablyonian Empire from 605 BC - 562 BC. He is featured in the old testament book of Daniel. He is commonly known for the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem and building the construction of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon (although he may not have done either).
