Miron Dolot is now a language teacher in California. When he was a boy however he lived in Ukraine. He survived the Holodomor, a genocide more commonly known as the "Ukraine Famine". He wrote a book about it entitled "Execution by Hunger".
Miron Dolot is the pen name of Simon Starow (1916-1998).
