As a result of the glorious revolution, king William III of Orange-Nassau was crowned as William III of England, after Dutch fleet and army invaded England . This invasion was supported by some English parliamentarians, to overthrow king James II of England.
The outcome of the Glorious Revolution is that England stayed Protestant instead of reverting to Catholicism. William of Orange became King instead of James II.
Many different English politicians condemned the French revoltion. One of the most famous ones to do so was Irish-English Edmund Burke, who, having earlier supported the revolution, wrote a book critical of it called Thoughts on the Revolution in France.
