France did not exist as a country until after the fall of the Roman Empire. Since then, it has been conquered only once, by Nazi Germany. It has suffered a number of military defeats, but it was not actually conquered other than that one time.
If you meant the Iberian peninsula (where modern day Spain and Portugal is) most of it except the Northern provinces were conquered by the Carthaginians then it was conquered completely by the Romans, then by the Visigoths (Germanic tribe) and after that the southern part of the peninsula was conquered by the Muslim moors.
There were many kingdoms in the Iberian Peninsula. The Christian Kingdoms united so they could defeat the Muslims and retake the southern part and became the nation we know today as Spain. Spain became a single entity in 1516 when Charles the first became the first monarch to reign over all the kingdoms of Castile, Leon, and Aragon. Since then it was invaded by the French during the Napoleonic Wars. I wouldn't say it was conquered inasmuch as the population began a guerrilla war and never let the French run the country without major problems.
France France ? Ridiculous, France hasn't been conquered more than the average major European nation. In fact, for most of its history it was the one doing the conquering. Far better candidates would be Flanders, a region of Europe which has been invaded by pretty much all the countries in Europe at least once, or maybe Vietnam, invaded by China, France, the US and many of its neighbors.
