absolutely corrupt.he refused to pay levies and taxes to the rown which had often supported his interests in the colonies.he turned his back on the ery nation that had in effect set him up.he was a bootlegger,he used slave trade ships to fund his arms supply to start the revolutionary war.he also criminalised any loyal patriots who wished to remain loyal.

also,he knew he still trade routes and commerce with Europe to be able to expand the colony.so his violent unnecessary war was based on a selfish,corrupt exploitative regime.....he was undoubtedly corrupt,,history will prove it in the end..he should of been brought back to England and hanged as a traitor.
