The first and most important is to VOTE! Most important is to start with your LOCAL elections. The candidates we have running for higher office started in local government. Know the issues, know the candidates, know who the candidates hang with, don't believe what campaign ads say, research their voting records on issues you feel are most important.

Go to your local town or city or county meetings. Learn where your local tax money is going and whose pulling the strings.

Write letters/ rebut published letters to the editor of your local newspaper.

If you find a candidate you admire, help with campaign fund raising, make phone calls to voters, make signs etc.
