Well, the first document of America was the Articles of Confederation which gave the President no power and Congress all of it. But then they realized that there was no strong central government so they made the Constitution. The Constitution gave the right for people to vote for the president and members of congress every 2,4,6 years depending on the office you took. Congress can impeach the president at any time with a 2/3 majority vote, I think. But, it really was George Washington who made the president's job not for life. If you look on a timeline of presidents you will see he served 2 terms. Well he said that more then 2 would make him too powerful, after that no person ever ran for president more then 2 terms, except for Franklin Roosevelt who ran and won 3 times until he died, after that there was an amendment added to the Constitution where you can not run more then 2 times, and one group of people can gain too much power. If you look in history the Republican Democrats (democrats of the early 19th century and late 18th century) destroyed the federalist party (republicans of the early 19th century and late 18th century).
One which is enacted by a constituent assembly or granted by a monarch to his subjects like the Constitution of Japan in 1889.
what is the 4 key people of the constitution?
The US Constitution was written for the people of the US. It is written for the people by the people
When the Constitution was first suggested, people who sided with it were called Federalists. People who did not were called Antifederalists. Antifederalists wanted a Bill of Rights added to the Constitution.
I think you mean Framers of the Constitution. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Founding_Fathers_of_the_United_States

No. That was the very thing he despised (monarchy). He would have never been able to live with himself if he became a monarch. He followed the constitution but did not use it for his own personal gain.
In a monarchy, the monarch governs as the head of state. The monarch may have limited power with a constitution or be an absolute ruler with unchecked authority. Monarchies can vary in their structure and levels of power.
In an absolute monarchy, only the monarch has power, so everyone other than the monarch has no power. In a constitutional monarchy, who is deprived of power depends entirely on the constitution in question.
Designer People was created in 2008.
Civil government in the United States received its authority from the people through the Constitution.
Oh, dude, in a constitutional monarchy, the monarch's powers are limited by a constitution, so technically they don't have much say in how the country is run. It's more like they're there for show, like a fancy ornament on a cake. So yeah, people in a constitutional monarchy have some say, but the real power lies with the elected government.
It demonstrated that power reverted to the people when a monarch was absent.
In an absolute monarchy, only the monarch has power, so everyone other than the monarch has no power. The extent to which the subjects' views are taken into account is the degree to which the monarch cares about his people and the degree to which he fears that a revolt may occur. In a constitutional monarchy, who is deprived of power depends entirely on the constitution in question. A constitution that gives minimal voice to the people, such as those of Morocco and Jordan, allows people to have a voice by electing about half of the parliamentary seats. This has minimal actual effect. A constitution that give maximal voice to the people, such as those of Britain and Spain, the people's voice is represented by the legislature that has almost complete (if not total control) of the government.
