To become a registered Democrat you simply ask for a form from you county's Democratic party office. They will ask for your name, address, phone, email and Congressional District. You pay your dues (in Eau Claire county they are $25) and you will be a member of your county Democratic party as well as the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
