At my old company the minumum was 100 case/hr but you were ridiculed until you quit unless you were hitting in the 130s. At my current company the standard is a dismal 75 case/hr but we never throw on the clock, so it's never enforced. Personally I do about 170 case/hr on the canned goods aisle, which is generally considered the most difficult aisle, but can hit over 300 an hour on easy aisles like juice and detergent. I feel like 120 cases/hr is good enough.
