Susan B. Anthony died of old age during the struggle, and there may have been small conflicts involving women's rights, but no major historical incidents of death stemmed directly from women's rights issues. If only men could follow in that example...
A woman in England committed suicide by jumping onto a race-track while the Horses were running full-out- she did not die on the spot but lived for a brief time- still it was a suicide. * Some people don't vote because they don't like any of the candidates running and find that they are stuck by choosing the lesser of two evils. In the U.S. and Canada as an example, many soldiers died for freedom and to vote simply because 'you should' knowing there is no suitable candidate is empathy at it's best. Because soldiers died for our freedom there are many people that feel one should vote (women fought for the right to vote) and that is their decision as it is the right for individuals not to vote and is no disrespect to those that fought for our countries freedom, but are simply making a statement they want leaders that are honest and don't keep the people in the dark.
