I cannot speak for all "Natives" but a general view is that Europeans, now Americans, are a hypocritical society with a culture and religion that follows suit. Meaning they say one thing and do another. This culture and its people cannot be trusted as no promise they have given was fulfilled. In a view based upon a religious context, they are the ones that are not human, but only pretend to be (Natives are seen, generally, as human).
This matters if you mean when the early humans found it or when Europeans found it. Yes, when the Europeans found America, there were native Americans, but no one knows if there were people when the Native Americans migrated there.
