I cannot say for certain that no U.S. President has everlived in Wisconsin, but Wisconsin was neither the birth state nor the home state of any U.S. President. The only presidential candidate known to be from Wisconsin is Robert M. La Follette, the Progressive Party nominee in 1924, and the only vice-presidential candidate known to be from Wisconsin is Paul Ryan, the Republican Party nominee in 2012.
