There is no biblical quote on Washington's grave. It merely says:
''Within this Enclosure Rest the remains of Gen.l George Washington."
On his sarcophagus, it merely says "Washington."
It's open to the public. You can see it yourself. I grew up here, wanted to say the record straight. He was not a Bible thumper. He was a pretty humble dude, God bless.
On Thomas Jefferson's grave stone is carved the following epitaph:
HERE WAS BURIED
THOMAS JEFFERSON
AUTHOR OF THE
DECLARATION
OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE
OF THE
STATUTE OF VIRGINIA
FOR
RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
AND FATHER OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA
BORN APRIL 2, 1743 O.S.
DIED JULY 4. 1826
The O.S. following his date of birth is an abbreviation for "old style" and means that the date is given according to the Julian calendar rather than the Gregorian Calendar. England and the English colonies changed to the Gregorian calendar in 1752. As part of that change, they skipped 11 days in the calendar year so his birth date by the Gregorian calendar was 13 April 1743.

The one true religion is revealed in the Bible. In the first verse, it says, ''In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.'' that answers the question of who created the universe, but also clearly answers the question of is there even a god.
Did St.Patrick love listening to old Irish tales and insist that they are told in poetic verse from them on?
Strophic form (also called "verse-repeating" or chorus form) is the term applied to songs in which all verses or stanzas of the text are sung to the same music.[1]The opposite of strophic form, with new music written for every stanza, is called through-composed

In the Bible at Genesis 11:4 the people wanted to build a city so they could make a celebrated name for themselves rather than giving glory to God. In verse 7, God confused the languages of the people so that they wouldn't be able to communicate with one and other so they couldn't build the city. Everyone scattered about the face of the earth and didnt finish building the city. That's the first mention of languages.
