For household of 4, above $100,000. For a single earner, above $65,000.

This is also dependent on where you are. The incomes I stated above would not be considered upper middle class in New York or San Fransisco, but in most other locations, they are.

It Pretty much all depends on where you are from and other things not necessarily mean money. But Over 100k per year income is pretty good.

In general terms the wealthy (or the upper class) are those who are in the top 1% of wealth holders or income earners.
