Right of groups refers to the provision that the constitution has provided to a certain group. Rights of individuals on the other hand refers to the rights that the constitution has granted the individuals.
Unalienable rights are the right given to every human being beginning from the day he/she was born. No one can take away those rights from you. They are permanent rights. In the Constitution, an example of an unalienable right would be the right to trial by jury.
The Privileges or Immunities clause of the 14th Amendment was meant to protect citizens from violation of rights due to state interference. This Clause prevents discrimination against people from out of state in regards to basic rights. They mainly focus on a person's right to own a living.
Jefferson stated in the Declaration that people had the God given rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This was not meant to be liberal, but more an idea. Happiness can not be guaranteed and it is up to the individual to make themselves happy. People have choice and according to the Declaration man institutes government to do his work.
