The major powers belonging to a sovereign state refer to security and the economy. A central government needs to ability to be the sole issuer of money (both coins and bills) so 'cheaper' money does not debase it. A sovereign state also needs the ability to control it's own defense by being in sole command of it's armed forces. It also needs the ability to levy taxes in order to pay for the basic services its citizens require.
Only if it is recognized by the United Nation
National government deals with the entire nation; for example, what is the legal voting or drinking age. State government does the same thing, but on the state level; for example, at what age can a teenager receive a driver's permit. State laws cannot contradict national laws; for example, the state could not say that the legal drinking age was 15, because the national law has set it at 21.
In cases where there is a breach in national security, it is acceptable for the government to place the needs of a nation over the rights of an individual. The government is trying to protect the national security of the United States all the time.
there are three distinct types of delegated powers: expressed, implied, & , inherent. 1st the expressed power are delegated to the national government in so manny words spelled out expressly in the constitution. 2nd the limplied are not expressly stated in the constituiton but are reasonably suggested implied by the expressed powers. 3rd the inherent belongs to the national government because it is the national government of a sovereign state in the world community.
A sovereign republic is a nation that is separate politically from all others. It is responsible for all of the needs of the people that live within its borders. A republic is a nation that votes for representatives by the vote of the people.

No, the United States is not a foreign corporation. It is a sovereign nation with its own government and borders.
It doesn't. Astria is NOT a sovereign nation.
The government of a nation
"National sovereignty" is a legal expression of the right to self-government by a state or nation. It entails the declaration by a political system to operate independently of foreign rule or control. Is a Nation Sovereign? National sovereignty is a misnomer and should be "individual sovereignty". People are ordained sovereign or sovereign at birth. However, that would only hold if we did not live in a "contracts" society. Therefore, sovereignty must be contracted or enacted. That is done through a pure trust by the Exchangor/Grantor.
Only if it is recognized by the United Nation
I am assuming by level, you mean level of government. There is no distinction between government on a national level and government on a federal level. The federal level of government is the highest tier of government because its central to the nation. It represents a union of states. Those union of states form a nation. So you see how the two terms are interchangable, and can be used synonymously. The federal government is government on a NATIONAL level.
There are no provinces in Antarctica, because it is not a sovereign nation.
