All states have different constitutions and laws. The composition of their populations are all different The climate and geography will also affect the 'average' personality of their citizens The states they are allied to, and the states that they have fought with also distinguish them from other states. .... each one of those things make any state unique, but the overall combination makes any state what it is, and really distinguishes it from all other states.
