In the American Declaration of Independence, the main idea (or, argument) focuses on the relationship of governed and government. In brief terms, the Declaration argues that there is a two-fold natural (or, as it may also be put, philosophical) truth that regulates this relationship: governments rule only by consent of those it governs and, further, where the government violates the trust implicit in that consent, the governed have the right to overthrow it for the sake of restoring a more natural governance.
Most progressive agreed that the government should protect workers and help the poor. Progressivism focuses on the use of advancements in social organization and technology to improve quality of life.

The main theories of phonemes include the distinctive feature theory, which breaks down speech sounds into distinct components, and the generative phonology theory, which describes sounds as rule-governed sequences of phonetic features. Another theory is the natural phonology theory, which focuses on the psychological reality of phonological processes in language acquisition.

Political Systempolitical system
Public administration is concerned with the practical implementation of policies and programs within government organizations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Political science, on the other hand, studies the theories and practices of politics, including the behavior of individuals and groups within the political system. While public administration deals with the management and execution of government policies, political science focuses on understanding the underlying principles and dynamics of political systems.
Three major theories in the study of management are Classical Management Theory, which focuses on efficiency and organizational structure; Behavioral Management Theory, which emphasizes the importance of understanding individual and group behavior in the workplace; and Modern Management Theory, which focuses on adapting to a dynamic and ever-changing business environment through innovation and flexibility.
