Neither really has "more" power. They have differentpowers. Neither of them can really "overrule" the other, because generally they have to agree for anything to happen. For example, only the House can impeach an elected official, but only the Senate can convict someone who has been impeached. The House and Senate must agree in order to remove someone from office; if the House impeaches them but the Senate doesn't convict them, then nothing happens, and if the House doesn't impeach them in the first place then the Senate can't convict them so again nothing happens.
There are certain things that are reserved to either the House or Senate, but again, it's not really a question of "more power".
That said: Senators serve (normally) for six years, while Representatives serve for only two. There are far fewer Senators than Representatives, so each Senator's vote has more "weight" than each Representative's does. The Senate is considered the "Upper" chamber of the Legislative branch. For all these reasons, it's not entirely wrong to say the Senate has more power ... but it's not entirely right, either.
The House Of Representatives has 435 people in it. The senate has 100 people.
House of RepresentativesThe House of Representatives brings charges, called "articles of impeachment," against officials it considers guilty of criminal or ethical violations. If a simple majority of the House votes to support the charges, the judge is impeached. He or she then proceeds to trial in the Senate. For more information, see Related Questions, below.
There is more than one. But one important one is that only the House of Representatives can impeach the president. Impeachment is the accusation phase, it is not conviction. The Senate tries the president after the impeachment, and the Senate decides whether or not the president is guilty. But the process must be initiated by the House.
In the House of Representatives. Each state has 2 senators in the Senate but a state's representation in the House depends on the size of the population.
It depends on the specific state's constitution. Many states have two houses in the legislature as in the US Congress (a state senate and a state house of representatives).
the duties of the congress divided between the house and senate are that the senate tends to have more power than representatives

Senate
The Senate gives equal power to all states, thus giving less populated states more power than they have in the House of Representatives, where power is determined by population.
Because the Senate is smaller than the House of Representatives
the house of representatives would be able to spend more time doing legislative work than the senate because there are more members in the house of representatives than in the senate
