Generally speaking a citizen who sees a road problem in their town or city should contact the mayor's office and have the complaint or suggestion passed on to the proper place in city government that handles road problems. In some instances a problem road belongs to a county in which the town is located. The complaint or suggestion should go the county's road department. If the road is a state highway, then the state's highway commission or other state office can be contacted.
A dictatorship or autocracy would have little or no citizen participation. An oligarchy (rule by a favored few) would have less participation than the typical representative democracy.
The city's annexation of our neighborhood would raise our taxes while reducing the maintenance of our roads.
Money would become unimportant and the value of our currency would plummet.
The important of a citizen is very important because if we are low on citizen we are low on our economy witch is very bad because when we are low on our religion we would have low community that would say bad extended family's and terrible trade for goods from other countries and with out a high rate developed country like the united states the government won't have different opinions and idea which would have other countries invade the united states if we have a poor government

I have a 2001 I had the same problem when driven through rough roads and railroad tracks, I replaced the front struts and that solved the problem. I have a 2000 that rattles too. Looking for the answer.
Paved roads made cars for example more fuel efficient since they use less power to go though something flat rather than something like dirt and rocks. Think of it when you ride a bicycle would you prefer to ride your bicycle on the grass, dirt and rocks or in the paved roads? well I'm hoping you said paved roads because in the paved roads you would use less energy.
Do you mean Roman Roads
There is no waiting period for spouse of a US citizen. You need to contact the US embassy in Hong Kong for an application appointment.
They would be a naturalized citizen.
I'm unsure what you mean by "registered" in Italy. If you were born in Italy naturally you would certainly be a citizen. If you were born out side of Italy you could apply for Italian citizenship. If I had to guess I would say you are probably not a citizen of Italy right now, but it should be fairly simple (assuming you are currently living in a country that allows dual citizenship, like the USA) to become an Italian citizen. You could contact your nearest Italian consulate to find out if you are a citizen (explain your situation) or to become a citizen. From my understanding since both of your parents were citizens you would be able to become a citizen (as long as you had one great-grandfather who was a citizen you can apply for citizenship).
I am a German citizen.
