the amendments are necessary to the constitution because we need them because they are laws and we need the laws without laws we would still be in world war 3 right now that's why we need laws. i hope that answered your questions Rebecka

  • Because the amendments are laws that keep are country in order. If we didn't have these amendments/laws are country would be a crazy disaster.
