A responsible citizen should vote to keep our government ran by "The people" like it is intended to be. To vote responsibly, one must know the laws and how the government system works. Should citizens be responsible for their own health care and take out health insurance or should the government be responsible?

Well, in my opinion, it is up to the citizen to take control of his or her health care and seek out health insurance, but if there are any barriers in his or her way, like money or something, then the government should step in and take responsibility, because I think that either way everyone is important and if there is someone without insurance then the government should find out why and help. Additionally, government should set a standard to make sure people who really need help.
