also they strecthed skins onto a rough circular shape assembly of bones to create a earl;y form of drum device ,
and they used pieces of bone to act as drum sticks or just tapping them on the side of cavewall, this is known because there have been investigations and found scratch markings on walls, which have been dated by carbon dating to prove this .
they also made sounds by knocking bones against skulls of animals
