It was because Ramses II had a worker brought him a water from the pond that a snake was in and he drank it and made him get poisand and died that's as far as i know

Not only that, but he was suffering from severe Arthritis, a hole in the mandible, hardened blood vessels, severe dental infections, and wounds from war. He had also a noticably thin neck, which could have caused spinal problems, though that cause is uncertain.

Nobody is quite sure how Ramses III died due to the fact that he died during the trial of the conspirators who tried toassassinatehim in order to make his son Pentawere the next pharaoh. It is believed that he may have died due to either having his food poisoned or due to a viper bite since his body does not show any physical damage which would mean a different death.
