There were many different forms of art in ancient Egypt. These included paintings, statues, busts, architecture, pottery, and carvings. Some of ancient Egypt's art is still visible today as paintings on the walls of the tombs, obelisks, statues, and even the pyramids themselves.
Because most of their art included animals or pharoahs, which they belived to be their Gods.
It's not a question but a statement.
The tombs are art. The Sphinx They engineered the pyramids using carts to carry the mud bricks and a kind of Levy system.
The interiors of the Egyptian tombs provided us with that information. (sources would just be my Intro to Art History class/book.)

Well, every civilization has had a different style of art... So there isn't really a definition for "ordinary art. One characteristic of Egyptian art is the lack of depth in their 2 dimensional art. They often depict the background from above and then have objects and people from a front view. They almost never show a person looking straight at you, instead everyone is in profile view.
