It depends on what her master needed her for. It could be as a housemaid, nanny, cook, labourer on a farm, or even the occasional gladiator!
In short, anything and evereything her "owner" felt like putting them to do, which includes sexual favours if her master felt so inclined. It could also depend on how wealthy one's master was - if they could afford many slaves, you could simply be given one specific task (eg floor washer), but if many slaves was out of your master's price range you might be stuck with multiple jobs as there would be less people to delegate tasks to.
