There is no capital of Thrace you ignorants!!!!!! Thrace is a region of Greece... not a different country.... Read some encyclopedia before you post such an item!!!

Actually you are the one who is being ignorant. Thrace was it's own separate culture and land. It was not part of Greece. In fact most of modern day Thrace is in Bulgaria. Now i do not know if this man or woman is asking if the region called Thrace is it's own country at this point of time or not but i do know all the Thracians were separate tribes. Many were not big enough to have a city with the title of "capital" but had a center town.

The most powerful tribe called the Odrysians did conquer nearly all of the Thracian tribes into one unified Thracian empire. They eventually did create a capital city and it was called Seuthopolis. Currently the remains of the city are found under a Bulgarian lake and will be at some point be shown through a circular dam.
