the role of a pharaoh was to not let the level of water when the time flooded go higher than 7 meters or the buildings that they built would get damaged and if the water was too low the silt wouldn't be fertile enough. pharaohs also rule Egypt.

You misspelled pharoah.The pharaoh was the king in Egypt, what he says goes. The pharaohs of Egypt are only males and there was only one female pharaoh.
