Aeneas did not have a daughter. He had two sons, Ascanius,whom he had with Creusa, and of Silvius, whom he had with Lavinia. Ascanius, founded the latin city of Alba Longa and its dynasty. Rhea Silvia, the mother of Romulus and Remus, was a member of this dynasty and a descendant of Aeneas. She was the daughter of Numitor, the king of the city who had been deposed by his brother Amulius. There was a 400 year gap between the times of the story of the Trojan War (from which Aeneas escaped) and the story of the foundation of Rome.
