I could only find what a lord would have for his meals in general. You can decide what you think were probably his mid morning meals were like from this list. Here it is: deer, boars, hares, and rabbits were the meat. Rapes, onions, garlic, and leeks were the vegetables. One type of bread eaten by the nobles was called manchet, which was produced from wheat flour. The nobles' food was also had a substantial amount of spices like: pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, garlic, saffron, cardamon (aka cardamom), coriander, cumin, garlic, turmeric, mace, anise, caraway, and mustard.
