The Roman Empire of course doesn't exist anymore ;D. But when it did exist the boundaries were, all of Spain, France, Italy, Asia Minor, Egypt, North Africa, NW Arabia, most of southern Europe, and halfway up England and that border is called Hadrian's wall I believe because it was built by a man named Hadrian.

The Roman empire was not located in a single country, it was made up of several modern day countries. It encompassed most of Europe and Britain, Africa and the Mideast. It's capitol was at first Rome, then Constantinople.
