The Battle of Inchon was the turning point in the Korean War. The Battle allowed the American Army to cut off North Korean supply lines and defeat the North Korean Army that had invaded South Korea. North Korea had invaded South Korea several months earlier and was on the verge of completely defeating the South Korean Army when the Americans attacked Inchon and reverse the course of the war.
